How a project actually runs
Kickoff
We get on a call. You show me the product, I ask hard questions, we agree on scope and a fixed price. No moving targets.
Design
First designs land in your inbox by end of week one. You react, I revise. We lock the direction before a line of code gets written.
Build
I build what we designed — because I designed it, nothing gets “lost in dev.” You see progress on a live staging link, not in a status meeting.
Ship
Deployed, tested, handed over. You own everything. I’m around after launch — I don’t disappear the day it goes live.

Yes — that’s the entire point. I designed Ustaad and I built its back end. Most designers can show you a mockup; I can show you the deployed app. The reason most people split the roles is that most people can only do one. I do both, so nothing gets lost between them.
